should be orderly and reflect an atmosphere of professionalism. They should take the time to explain the
repair process to you and to answer any questions you might

insurance company-provided estimate from the time of the accident until the
vehicle is safely on the road again - restored to its pre-accident
condition. We have the capacity to
perform quality repairs to industry standards in a timely fashion. We offer competitive rates, material costs,
and utilization of cost containment controls.
We provide a lifetime warranty for the repairs. Our estimates will be completed within 24
hours of receipt of the vehicle or if drivable, upon completion of
inspection. We take on site photographs
at the time of the estimate. The
customer will receive an original estimate at the time of the estimate. The estimate will include all visible
damage. A thorough inspection (in, out,
and under the vehicle) is critical to a complete and accurate estimate. Teardown maybe required. Our estimates are written by a qualified,
trained and I-Car certified appraiser utilizing ADP shoplink estimating
system. All our repaired vehicles are
cleaned and provided for the owner’s inspection upon
completion.
